This is a commonsense amendment to the GAO study, and I applaud the gentlewoman from Nevada for including this comprehensive view on the impact of housing affordability. It furthers the work of the Housing and Insurance Subcommittee, and I think it is an important addition. Mr. Chair, I encourage all of our colleagues to support it, and I reserve the balance of my time.
