I am inquiring as to whether the gentlewoman is actually opposed to my amendment. For her to qualify as an opponent of my amendment she would have to speak in opposition to the amendment; what it does. My amendment does nothing about abortion. It simply requires a study of COVID-19. The Acting CHAIR. The gentleman will suspend. Does the gentlewoman from New Hampshire claim the time in opposition to amendment No. 40?
