I have an amendment at the desk that would ensure the integrity of H.R. 6392, the Systemic Risk Designation Improvement Act of 2016. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end the following: SEC. 7. RULE OF CONSTRUCTION. Nothing in this Act or the amendments made by this Act may be construed as broadly applying international standards except as specifically provided under paragraphs (2) and (3) of section 113(c) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, as added by section 3.
