I think you cannot squeeze blood out of a turnip or only so much is right on the mark. That has been one of the problems with the government, particularly the Federal Government, is they thought there was just an unlimited ability to squeeze blood out of the American public. The limit for taxes, just unlimited, just keep raising them, and we have gone far beyond a level which is appropriate in this country. This Congress, particularly on this side of the aisle, we have made some effort... For example, right now a married couple in this country is penalized for being married. We wanted to eliminate the marriage penalty, and passed appropriate legislation here in Congress to do that. Unfortunately, down at the White House it was vetoed. This is unfortunate because we should not penalize married people. We should encourage people to be married in this country.
