Seventy-five percent of the tax cuts that we are talking about go to people who make less than $75,000. Let me repeat that. Seventy-five percent of the tax cuts that we are talking about go to people who make less than $75,000. So what is the liberal Democrats' definition of the rich? I guess it is anybody who has got a job. So let us pass the tax cuts.”
