In order to be successful in our effort to have our principles prevail rather than their principles, which is authoritarianism and not rule of law and not human rights and on and on, we are going to need to work together.

What the question in Dobbs really boils down to is whether you think abortion is better addressed by the people's elected representatives and State legislatures or by nine unelected, unaccountable judges who serve on the Court for life.
The truth is the legal doctrine in question, substantive due process, is a much more checkered and murky past that abortion advocates would have you believe.
