I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: In section 304(d)(1) of the bill, strike ``and'' at the end. In section 304(d)(2) of the bill, strike the period and insert ``; and''. In section 304(d), insert after paragraph (2) the following: (3) by inserting ``The detailed statement shall include an economic assessment or a summary thereof that is sufficiently detailed to support the agency's certification.'' before ``The agency shall provide such certification''.
