Our bill, H.R. 5078, the 'Prison and Proprietorship Act' directs the Association of Women's Business Centers and the Association of Small Business Development Centers to coordinate reentry entrepreneurship services by providing counseling and training services that focus on individuals who have been incarcerated in a federal prison.
