Before beginning my questions, Madam Secretary, let me remind some of my colleagues on the other side of the aisle who keep bemoaning the cuts in the CR that we are broke, and the only reason that this Congress is even dealing with the CR is because the last Congress couldn't even pass a budget for the first time in 34 years.

What the question in Dobbs really boils down to is whether you think abortion is better addressed by the people's elected representatives and State legislatures or by nine unelected, unaccountable judges who serve on the Court for life.
Every riot or act of violence or threat thereof taking place anywhere in this nation, whoever is responsible for it, is unconscionable and we on this side, Republicans, we reject it; we condemn it.
