Every riot or act of violence or threat thereof taking place anywhere in this nation, whoever is responsible for it, is unconscionable and we on this side, Republicans, we reject it; we condemn it.

The truth is the legal doctrine in question, substantive due process, is a much more checkered and murky past that abortion advocates would have you believe.

We are not China. The Fourth Amendment protects against warrantless searches and seizures.
