And I want to emphasize that it doesn't just hurt the owner of the small business, but all those folks who work for him. Sometimes that is two people, three people, five people, ten people. It affects them and their families, and generally it is very adversely. I think it is critical we realize that about 70 percent of the new jobs created in the American economy nowadays are created by these small businesses that, basically, have had these regulations that this administration has imposed on them.…”
