I sponsored, for example, along with Senator Rubio, some time back, bipartisan legislation, which was signed into law by President Obama, to make certain that every child, especially girls, around the globe are issued birth certificates.
Additionally, unlike other platforms, local broadcasters don't only play music. They also serve a public interest.
