It is made a crime punishable with fine or imprisonment to hinder, assault, or otherwise interfere with the marshal or 'his special deputies,' or to threaten or to attempt so to do.
It is spoken of by the members composing the late board as the most perfect and reliable machine in the world, embodying new mechanical principles and combinations not heretofore used in any other constructions.
The so-called deputy marshals provided for in this bill will have no executive head.
