OK, so if we see more going in there, so we are going to have it that more areas in the country, it is going to be much more difficult to build more factories that are going to employ more people if these standards are lowered.
Well, let me go on because--for example, it is easier to build a factory in an area that meets those existing ozone standards than the nonattainment area.

This is a really important issue because, in my district, we have had a real issue with propane this winter.

I think that was a very wise thing to do, that way everybody going into the auction can estimate in advance whether or not what they buy is what they--what they bid on and win on is what they can walk away with.
A robust public safety communications network is critical to protecting the lives and safety of the American people.
I am confident the industry experts can find a way to optimize this valuable real estate and avoid harmful interference.
