“today I come back to the floor of the Senate to talk again about the opioid crisis that has gripped the country and my State of Ohio. I want to focus on the issue of fentanyl. This is the most deadly of the drugs now. It is a drug that is causing the most overdoses at a time in which we have unprecedented numbers of overdoses.
