I thank Dr. Barrasso. I appreciate the amount of time he has put into this regulatory issue and the relief small businesses need on the regulatory front. It is obvious he is out talking to businesses, and it is directly related to jobs because we cannot get the jobs back unless we reduce the cost of doing business that comes from these regulations. Madam President, how much time do we have remaining in this colloquy? The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. There is 12 minutes 7 seconds on the Republican side.
