I said that the U.S. should work with our allies and partners to remove Russia from the Security Council.
Any venture, any military operation, across the border into northern Syria... puts the civilian population in the crossh...
I believe our sanctions are not having the impact that we had intended.
I think we need to be straight with the American people as to what is happening here.
