I applaud him for this tax bill, which is a great tax relief effort; and I will be strongly supportive. I have never seen any President, Republican or Democrat, reach out so much to the other side. He has tried to bring Democrats and Republicans together, and he has put together... a very responsible bill here. First of all, it fits within the budget. We are protecting Social Security and Medicare as we never have before. We are paying down the debt in a way we never have before. In fact, we are going to pay down all the available debt.
