“I thank my friend from Georgia, who just gave us some great memories about Dick Lugar--one of the truly great Senators who served here in the last half century. He was a friend and was someone whom so many of us looked up to. One of the things he did that was special to Ohio was that he became totally devoted to his college, Denison University.
