Reducing drug abuse. They do not talk, frankly, about gun control, they do not talk about the death penalty, they do not talk about a lot of other issues that are ones we might naturally think would be the best way to reduce violent crimes. The No. 1 issue by far, for them, is illegal drug use. By far the No. 1 way to reduce violent crime in this country. These are the police chiefs, who are on the line.
