There is no silence among those of us who support these trade agreements. These are good trade agreements because they will mean more U.S. jobs. That is the whole point. This is a very exciting day on the floor... we have lost jobs all over the country, and I would daresay in the State of the gentleman from New Jersey as well. And that is what it is all about. Now there will be an allocation of jobs. There will be a differential, depending on what part of the country you are from. But to lose these jobs because other countries, including our friends in Europe, are getting this market share in countries like Chile is unacceptable. It is irresponsible.
