That would have been great to have seen in the budget and we can talk about this, but what it does is it hurts jobs in this country because ...
Let us not forget Babcock and Wilcox.
It seems to me it makes sense for a lot of reasons, including commercial reasons.
I see about $960 billion in what I would call either imaginary or unspecified savings.
