I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 502, submitted earlier today. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 502) designating June 20, 2016, as ``American Eagle Day'' and celebrating the recovery and restoration of the bald eagle, the national symbol of the United States. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
