The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To provide that the provisions relating to the Assistant Secretary (Comptroller) of the Navy, the Assistant Secretary (Comptroller) of the Army, and the Assistant Secretary (Comptroller) of the Air Force, the chief financial officer positions, and the Controller of the Office of Management and Budget shall not take effect) On page 76, after line 6, add the following: (c) Provisions Not Taking Effect.--Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the amendments made by section 2(c)(2) through (6), (u), and (ll) shall not take effect.
