I ask unanimous consent that the Senate now proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 569, S. 4138. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 4138) to amend title 5, United States Code, to make permanent the authority of the United States Patent and Trademark Office to conduct a telework travel expenses program. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
