To solve the problem of transparency we must require platforms to move beyond the black box with legislation like the Platform Transparency and Accountability Act.

What are we doing about it? Well, we are helping the Ukrainians militarily, and I think that has been extremely helpful to the successes we have seen on the battlefield.
