That is what we have lost, that art, the art of the deal that was talked about earlier.

We have got to get back to a system where we are serving the people, and that means agreeing on that objective.

What are we doing about it? Well, we are helping the Ukrainians militarily, and I think that has been extremely helpful to the successes we have seen on the battlefield.
