It is more cost-benefit rules looking at jobs but also making sure everybody has to comply with it. Then, when they come up with an idea for a regulation, make sure it is consistent with the policy of the elected representatives because too often we will see the regulators go off on their own and come up with ideas that they think might be good for the economy.…”
