I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation be discharged from further consideration and the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 694. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 694) recognizing 100 years of service by chief petty officers in the United States Coast Guard. There being no objection, the committee was discharged and the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
