The Russians have regrouped, and they are using their superior weapons, particularly long-range artillery. The Ukrainians, although they are fighting valiantly, just don't have that longer range artillery to be able to counteract what Russia is doing. So the Russians are sitting back with this long-range, more accurate artillery.…”
