It is good that we are having this hearing today on how to look at the Presidential Records Act (PRA) and the Federal Records Act (FRA).

In order to have that transparency and accountability we need a record of what the government is doing, day in and day out.

Transparency in government is obviously a pillar of our democracy and something we should all ensure continues into the digital age.
