I voted against this mess. And I voted against this mess because I thought we would be right here, right where we are, with this clock ticking, 14 hours and 15 minutes until sequestration hits in what I believe will be devastating impacts upon our national security and our Department of Defense.

The president's goal of peace is incredibly important, and we saw today with Secretary Rubio his statement of, you know, we have to have a strong and sovereign Ukraine.
Obviously if that occurred, that would be very serious, and I agree that that would be an illegal act.
This bill would be an important symbolism to say 'we're going to be with Ukraine.'
