If the President chooses to veto two defense bills, an authorization and an appropriation bill, that provide exactly as much money as he asks for, because he doesn't like the label on some of the money or because he wants to put more money--or leverage it for more money for the IRS or the EPA, that is going to have serious consequences for our military.
