Well, the President did not say that, and the President certainly has not given Congress any notice that that is going to occur.

This is classic terrorism. And this is where an individual who tries to break the heart of a nation who does an act, a murderous act, right before Thanksgiving.

The House has passed these provisions several times, all of which I have voted for-- I think the Senate does need to move these provisions.
