As Mr. Blumenauer knows, my comment is that they have all the resources they need to make a decision to purchase these radars. Everyone knows that this bill is underfunded, and it certainly underfunded nuclear weapons, and your bill, your amendment would only further reduce our nuclear weapons capability.
