In the FY17 NDAA, this Congress directed the Secretary of the Navy to conduct an independent review of the plans, programs, and research of the Department of the Navy with respect to physiological episodes affecting aircrew of the F/A-18 Hornet and F/A-18 Super Hornet aircraft.
