In summary, each decade that the death penalty has been in effect, the chances of a murderer getting executed get more and more and more remote.

Today’s decision is a legal decision. As I have stated in the past, the policy to remove these individuals from this country is a mistake.

Changing the immigration status of these individuals is not in the best interest of the United States nor Ohio.

If you look at the growth in the state of Ohio in the last 10 years and that continued this last year, 60% of our growth in the state has come from immigrants.
