I rise to correct the mischaracterization of the OPIC amendment that I have. It calls for a privatization feasibility study. It was mischaracterized by the gentleman from Connecticut as being the elimination of OPIC. It is not. It does authorize the President to sell OPIC's stock. It does not direct him to do so. It calls for a feasibility study and its adoption will assist the International Relations Committee in its upcoming review.
