The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 77, line 4, after the dollar amount, insert ``(reduced by $21,000,000)''. Page 78, line 8, after the dollar amount, insert ``(reduced by $21,000,000)''. At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available in this Act under the heading ``Department of Housing and Urban Development--Management and Administration--Executive Direction'' may be used by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for travel expenses.
