The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill, before the short title, insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to plan for the termination of periodic nourishment for any water resource development project described in section 156 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1976 (Public Law 94 587), as amended by the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (Public Law 99 662).
