It also says to all of my colleagues back in their districts, when you have a woman, when you have a man come up to you and tell you they want to start a small business and they would like a loan to open up a small business, they do not get these kind of sweetheart deals that the most profitable large multinational corporations get. Our operations in the amount of business we do with China does not involve one dime of any of these guarantees.”
