So, in other words, even though the President talks about his wanting to, well, he declares the era of big Government being over, he fought for virtually every dime of Washington spending that ends up in the hands of the Federal bureaucrats. He fought for this, and you fought against him, and this House and Senate stood tall and we actually were able to save the most significant amount of money for our children that we have since World War II; is that correct?
