Let me just say, though, and I do not want to give just a civic lesson this morning, but for our colleagues who are watching this special order, our own colleagues, the discretionary spending, this year-to year spending that we must approve in order to keep government working, is only one-third of the budget. The other two-thirds of the budget is interest on the national debt and the entitlement programs. Now, if Bob Livingston and John Kasich and Christopher Shays and Peter Torkildsen would not even come to Washington, along with the rest of the Congress, that spending goes up automatically; is that correct?
