And you might think back to what we read about with the Cuban missile crisis, where Kennedy basically didn't listen to his Generals, and his advisers, and sought another way, and defused the situation.

I think it has to do with his history, his ability to appeal to more conservative, you know, center-left Democrats, his ability to connect with African-Americans.
