John Kasich: “Zero -- I'm not going to be anybody's vice president. I would be the worst vice president the country ever saw.”

I'm a lifelong Republican, but that attachment holds second place to my response. That's why I've chosen to appear at this convention. In normal times, something like this would probably never happened. But these are not normal times.

If he has a good performance and he comes across strong, then I think that he can win them.

Folks, we've got to wake up. We cannot elect somebody that doesn't know how to do the job.

America is at a crossroads. Sometimes elections represent a real choice, a choice we make as individuals and as a nation about which path we want to take.
