let me just say, you can fool some of the seniors some of the time but not all of the seniors all of the time. This trust fund is on the road toward bankruptcy. Our program is designed to significantly increase the amount of dollars in Medicare and to guarantee that this fund will be solvent well into the next century so our senior citizens can have a very viable program.
