We want you to find out how many citizen, how many persons are in the country because that is what the Constitution says.

I think most people would say, well, yes, aren't we doing that already?

So, a lost child is not actually lost; we just can't find them--150,000 of them. That's the issue.

The actions directed by Ms. Washington are unacceptable.
