Members of Congress’ communications are protected under the Speech or Debate Clause. Jack Smith knows this. But he ignored the Constitution to spy on Republicans.

These are difficult times that they’re going through, we understand that, these kind of situations always are, but Max is a good member and colleague and hopefully he’s gonna win reelection.

He’s done a good job as a member of Congress and we should all pray for his family.

Things still cost too much. And so we’ve got to work on that issue.
