The IRS targeted people for their political beliefs. They got caught.

The underlying offense here was the most egregious thing you can do--going after peoples' political free speech rights.

The purpose of impeachment is not personal punishment.

But they did get a job so that is a good thing and they are no longer living off the taxpayer.
