But more importantly, or as importantly as, the unconstitutional nature is the unfair nature of the action. It is unfair to taxpayers that illegal, noncitizens are going to be able to get tax refunds. It is unfair to seniors that illegal noncitizens are going to be able to participate in our Social Security system.…”
